I am the author of two books about ghosts that haunt the San Francisco Bay Area: Ghosts of San Francisco and Ghosts of Alcatraz. These books are not just "ghost stories" about the supposed hauntings that take place in the city but are books that describe the history of the city through tales of the characters who once lived here.

I am the co-author of a green book on alternative home building. I am a contributing author to a San Francisco restaurant travel guide as well as an academic history book about The Middle Passage.

I am currently working on a couple of open book projects that are still in the development stage.
