There once was a time when I was solely a music journalist. I reviewed music, interviewed bands, wrote bios for musicians and attended music festivals so that I could report back on them to others. The sad news is that there isn't a lot of money in doing music writing and the jobs weren't enough to keep a full business going. But I have always loved music and reporting on music and continue to do that work when I can (and to appreciate music when I'm not working, of course).
