I'm definitely for keeping a daily journal, but I must admit that the way I keep a journal has changed after I launched my blog Distiller's Corner. Now, I try to keep things digital as much as possible. This way, I can blog them, if I want. I carry a notepad with me though to write down my ideas, if I'm not at my computer.
